Technical and Business Report Writing and other Writing CoursesWe provide training courses in several writing subjects especially technical and business report writing. Often we tailor them to suit clients' specific needs. Technical Report Writing and Business Report Writing have much in common but there are also important differences. Tony Atherton's experience as a former Chartered Engineer and published author enables him to cover both subjects sensitively. Many people are apprehensive about taking minutes but skills and confidence can be improved by our one-day course. Tony has over 25 years' experience in industry and has four books and over 90 articles to his name. Broadly, our approach is to look at issues specific to your type of document in the morning (such as planning and formatting) and at the skills of writing and editing those documents in the afternoon. Specific one-day courses cover technical report writing, business report writing, general business writing, and minute taking.Negotiation Skills Training CoursesWe have two standard Negotiation Skills training courses: an intensive two-day course, which is recommended for most people who conduct negotiations, and an introductory level one-day course. We cover the process of negotiation and the skills needed to use the process naturally and successfully. Enjoyable practice sessions are built in, occupying over a third of the total time! Video recording of the practice sessions can be used for learning if clients agree.Time Management Training CoursesWe have two standard Time Management training courses: Improve your time management by choosing from a full-day time management course which includes personal time management, delegation and meeting skills, or a half-day course that just concentrates on personal time management skills.
